He Xinyi, an independent director of Guannong Co., Ltd., paid a visit to Tianjin Tianwei Company for a fact-finding tour.

On May 30, 2024, He Xinyi, an independent director of Guannong Co., Ltd., paid a visit to Tianjin Tianwei Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Tianjin Tianwei”) to conduct an in-depth field investigation into the company’s production and operations, product development, and other related areas.
Professor He and his delegation conducted a fact-finding mission to assess the company’s current development status, touring the company’s future‑oriented product R&D laboratory and its production workshops. Drawing on considerations of laboratory conditions and research needs, Professor He offered scientifically grounded guidance on the planning and design of the R&D facility. Following visits to the canning workshop and the assembly‑line production area, he inquired about the progress of the new workshop renovation project and provided recommendations for standardizing warehouse management, urging the company to further enhance the standardization and sophistication of its warehousing practices to ensure product quality and safety.
At the symposium, Professor He proposed actively deepening cooperation between the company and Tianjin Agricultural University on relevant research projects and fostering two-way exchanges among their respective talent pools. This initiative aims to jointly advance Tianjin Tianwei’s tomato-based products into the national market, thereby helping the company become a benchmark enterprise in Tianjin’s food industry. Both parties should strengthen collaboration in areas such as talent development and academic exchange, promote knowledge sharing and mutual learning from experience, and provide robust human resource assurance and intellectual support for sustained growth.
Finally, Wang Jun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Tianjin Tianwei Company, engaged in a thorough and in-depth discussion with Professor He on product innovation and upgrading, talent development, industry–university–research collaboration, as well as the major challenges and issues currently faced. Both sides exchanged views on these matters and related issues.
This exchange event has deepened the mutual understanding and strengthened the friendship between Professor He and the leadership of Tianwei Company. We are confident that, through the joint efforts of both sides, Tianwei Company will achieve even greater success and make a more substantial contribution to the promotion of local economic and social development.

Tianjin Tianwei Food Co., Ltd. (formerly Tianjin Sanhe Fruit & Vegetable Co., Ltd.) was registered in May 2012 in the Panzhuang Industrial Zone of Ninghe District, Tianjin. In July 2014, Xinjiang Guannong Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600251) invested RMB 210 million to acquire a 51% stake, becoming the controlling shareholder. With a registered capital of RMB 78.73 million, the company is a state‑controlled, mixed‑ownership high‑tech enterprise that integrates the deep processing of small‑packaged tomato paste and ketchup, research and development, and foreign trade exports.
