Remembering the revolutionary martyrs and carrying forward the red heritage.
Author:
Standing before the crimson Party flag and the statues of Zhou Enlai and Deng Yingchao, both new and veteran Party members reaffirmed their oath of admission to the Party. Guided by the docent, they listened intently to the revolutionary deeds of these two great leaders, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the momentous journey of earlier generations of proletarian revolutionaries—how they first resolved to save the nation and, after the founding of New China, assumed key leadership roles in the Party and the government, making enduring contributions to the nation, the country, and the world. The lives of these two towering figures have allowed the world to witness the heroic spirit of the Chinese people, exemplified the noble virtues of selfless dedication of proletarian revolutionaries, and penned a deeply moving chapter of love during the revolutionary era. They are not only models of tireless devotion to the country and the people but also enduring spiritual monuments that shine brightly in the hearts of the people.
