To mark the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, to carry forward the Party’s glorious traditions and fine work style, and to further inspire a sense of responsibility and mission among Party members, the Tianjin Tianwei Party Branch recently held a July 1st themed event titled “Exploring Red Memories, Inheriting the Revolutionary Spirit” on the square in front of the Qingshanling War‑Ready Tunnel, along with a political birthday celebration for Party members who joined in June and July.

The event commenced in a solemn and reverent atmosphere, with all Party members standing at attention. Facing the crimson Party flag, they solemnly reaffirmed their oath of admission: “I voluntarily join the Communist Party of China, uphold the Party’s program, observe its constitution…” These resolute words not only evoked the unforgettable emotions of the moment when they first joined the Party, but also served to guide all Party members in reflecting on and safeguarding their original aspirations, ensuring that they remain steadfast in their初心 and shoulder their使命 at all times.

Comrade Wang Jun, the Party branch secretary, presented political birthday cards to members who joined the Party in June and July, extending his warm wishes to both new and veteran Party members. Moreover, on this special occasion of July 1, such political ceremonies serve to guide Party members in strengthening their ideals and convictions and in firmly upholding their political identity.

Comrade Guo Yujia, a Party member representative, took to the podium to deliver a speech. She fondly recalled her original aspirations upon joining the Party and her journey of dedication, expressing her unwavering loyalty to the Party and her deep passion for her work. Her remarks were imbued with gratitude toward the Party and confidence in the future, resonating deeply with all the Party members present.

Comrade Tong Guangxiang, a member of the Party branch’s standing committee and the company’s manager, expounded on his original aspiration and mission as a Communist Party member. He shared with all Party members the sense of honor and profound excitement he felt when he joined the CPC, and drew upon the earnest guidance he received from veteran Party members in those days to urge all comrades to continuously enhance their own qualities and capabilities, contributing their wisdom and strength to the company’s development and adding a touch of “tomato red” to China’s food industry.

Finally, in his concluding remarks, Comrade Wang Jun, Secretary of the Party Branch, reflected on the arduous journey of pioneering and striving for success over the past 103 years since the Party’s founding. It is precisely through the selfless dedication and relentless efforts of countless Party members who came before us that we have reached today’s new era. In the face of an increasingly complex and volatile global landscape and market environment, all members of the Tianjin Tianwei Party Branch must remain steadfast in their convictions, embrace innovation, and contribute their share to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese Dream and to the company’s high‑quality development.

The company organized Party members to visit and study at the Qingshanling War‑Readiness Tunnel, a red‑education site. During the tour, the Party members delved into the tunnel’s origins, profoundly moved by the sacrifices and contributions of their predecessors, who braved immense hardships and scaled great heights to safeguard the Party’s communications network. They gained a deep appreciation for the selfless dedication and noble spirit of the revolutionary martyrs. This educational visit not only purified and elevated the Party members’ spirits but also strengthened their faith and convictions, providing powerful moral impetus for their future work.

The successful organization of this July 1st thematic event—“Exploring Red Memories and Inheriting the Revolutionary Spirit”—along with the Party members’ political birthday celebration, has not only strengthened Party‑member education in Party spirit and enhanced organizational cohesion, but has also further reinforced their ideals and convictions and solidified their original aspirations and mission. We are confident that, through the concerted efforts of all Party members, the company will achieve even greater successes and contribute its share to the cause of the Party and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
