Following the on-site inspection, the board members held a symposium with the management team of Tianjin Tianwei. Wang Jun, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of Tianjin Tianwei, delivered a comprehensive report covering the company’s basic profile, its first-half performance, progress on key projects, and priority initiatives for the second half of the year. Among the key priorities for the second half, the company will strengthen its internal capabilities, ensure the successful implementation of major technological upgrade projects, expand both domestic and international markets, and enhance the competitiveness of its brand.
During the meeting, the board members and senior management exchanged views and held discussions on market and industry trends, technological upgrading projects, brand strategies, and other topics, while also offering recommendations for the future development of Tianjin Tianwei’s standardized workshops and its ongoing technology‑upgrade initiatives.
Jin Jianxia, Secretary of the Board and Chief Financial Officer of Guannong Co., Ltd., highly commended Tianjin Tianwei’s operational performance over the past year and in the first half of this year. She offered practical and actionable recommendations on how Tianjin Tianwei can navigate the industry’s downturn, maintain stability, and strengthen its internal capabilities, thereby paving the way for the company’s long-term growth.
This symposium strengthened communication and collaboration between the independent directors of Xinjiang Guannong Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Tianwei, paving the way for closer cooperation and joint efforts to formulate strategies for future development.
Independent directors Hu Benyuan, Li Daming, He Xinyi, and Wang Chuanbing of Guannong, along with Tong Guangxiang, manager of Tianjin Tianwei Food Co., Ltd., external consultant Xue Ping, and deputy managers Wang Qing and Ma Dejun, attended the symposium.
Tianjin Tianwei Food Co., Ltd. (formerly Tianjin Sanhe Fruit & Vegetable Co., Ltd.) was registered in May 2012 in the Panzhuang Industrial Zone of Ninghe District, Tianjin.
